采用NaA型分子筛膜反应器合成奥拉西坦的研究

为了解决奥拉西坦合成工艺复杂、产品收率低的技术难题,本文采用NaA型分子筛膜反应器通过蒸汽渗透技术与环合反应耦合制备奥拉西坦,考察了工艺条件对处理效果的影响.结果表明,在NaA分子筛膜渗透侧真空度为 0.02~0.05MPa、反应温度为 85℃、反应时间为 24h的条件下,奥拉西坦的产品收率达到80.5%;在NaA分子筛膜污染后经过再生,渗透通量恢复率达到 99.1%.
Study on the synthesis of Olaxitam using NaA molecular sieve membrane reactor
In order to solve the technical difficulties of complex synthesis process and low product yield of Olaxitam,this paper uses NaA type molecular sieve membrane reactor to prepare Olaxitam through coupling steam permeation technology and cyclization reaction,and investigates the influence of process conditions on treatment efficiency.The results showed that under the conditions of vacuum degree of 0.02~0.05MPa on the permeation side of NaA molecular sieve membrane,reaction temperature of 85℃and reaction time of 24 hours,the product yield of Olaxitam was 80.5%.After NaA molecular sieve membrane fouling and regeneration,the recovery rate of permeate flux reached 99.1%.
