Study on preparation of SA/CTS composite gel spheres and their adsorption properties for Pb2+
In this paper, three kinds of gel spheres(freeze-dried SA,dried SA/CTS and freeze-dried SA/CTS)were synthesized and the structure and morphology of the gel spheres was characterized by SEM and FTIR.The adsorption properties of the three gel spheres were studied with Pb2+in water as the adsorption object. The results show that freeze-dried SA/CTS has a complete spherical structure and good adsorption effect on Pb2+.The optimal pH value that affects the adsorption effect of freeze-dried SA/CTS on Pb2+is 5 and the dosage is 0.15g·L-1.The adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetics and the adsorption behavior conforms to the Freundlich model. The theoretical maximum adsorption capacity is 251.36mg·g-1,and the freeze-dried SA/CTS composite gel sphere has good reuse performance.
