摘要
目的 建立HPLC法测定酒女贞子配方颗粒中红景天苷含量的方法.方法 采用C18 色谱柱,以甲醇-水(15∶85)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速 1.0mL·min-1,检测波长 275nm.结果 红景天苷在 0.5～5.0mg·mL-1 浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为 99.94%,RSD为 1.43%(n=6).结论 该方法操作简便,重现性好,稳定性高,可用于酒女贞子配方颗粒的质量控制.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of salidroside in the formula granules of Ligustrum lucidum.METHODS Using C18 Chromatographic column,using methanol-water(15∶85)as the mobile phase,gradient elution was performed,the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,the detection wavelength of 275nm.RESULTS Salidroside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5～5.0 mg·mL-1 with a recovery rate of 99.94%and RSD of 1.43%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method is easy to operate,has good reproducibility and high stability,and can be used for the quality control of Liquor Liqustrum Lucidum formula granules.
