Determination of alkyl phenols and bisphenol A in water by HPLC
A method for determination of 9 alkyl phenols and bisphenol A in water by solid phase extraction/high performance liquid chromatography was established.The water samples were enriched and purified by solid phase extraction,separated by Agilent Eclispe XDB-C18 column and detected by fluorescence detector.The experimental results showed that the curves of 9 alkyl phenols and bisphenol A were linear in the range of 0~1000μg·L-1,the correlation coefficients were above 0.999,and the detection limits were 0.004~0.009μg·L-1.The precision and accuracy of the three concentration standard samples of 0.25μg·L-1,1.00μg·L-1 and 2.50μg·L-1 were tested.The precision and accuracy of the parallel determination for 7 times were better,the relative error range was 0.2%~9.6%,and the relative standard deviation range was 4.4%~11.9%.The recovery rate of three different concentrations of the actual sample was tested.The recovery rate of the sample was 79.8%~115%,and the recovery rate of the sample was good.
