Determination of 7 metal elements in soil by ICP-AES
A method for simultaneous determination of Cu,Pb,Ni,Co,Sn,Cr and Mo in soil by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established. The linear relationships of the seven metal elements were good in the range of 0.05~60.0mg·L-1,and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.005~0.026mg·kg-1,and the recoveries were in the range of 91.0%~103.0%.Precision RSD(n=6)were all less than 5.0%.The method has the advantages of simple and fast pretreatment operation, good sample test accuracy and precision, and can be used for simultaneous analysis of multiple elements in large quantities of soil.
