摘要

建立了顶空-气相色谱法同时测定地表水中甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、乙基叔丁基醚、甲基叔戊基醚、苯甲醚、苯乙醚和二苯醚的方法,并对NaCl加入量及顶空温度等条件进行优化.7种醚类化合物在3.00~80.0μg·L-1 浓度范围内线性良好,检出限为 0.13~0.27μg·L-1,空白水样的加标回收率为 89.0%~106.0%,6 次测试结果RSD均小于5%.本方法操作简便、检出限低、精密度和准确度良好,能够满足地表水中甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、乙基叔丁基醚醚类化合物的检测要求.

Abstract

A headspace-gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of methyl tert-butylether,isopropyl ether,ethyl tert-butylether,methyl tert-amyl ether,anisole,phenyleether and diphenyl ether in surface water was established.The addition amount of sodium chloride and headspace temperature were optimized.The linearity of the seven ethers was good in the concentration range of 3.00~80.0μg·L-1,and the detection limits were 0.13~0.27μg·L-1.The recoveries were 89.0%~106.0%.RSDs of the six tests were all lower than 5%.This method is simple to operate,low detection limit,good precision and accuracy,and can meet the detection requirements of methyl tert-butyl ether,isopropyl ether,ethyl tert-butyl ether ether compounds in surface water.
