Determination of six triazole pesticides in water by solid phase extraction-GC/MS
The residue of triazolol,triazolone,nitrile,pentazolol,flucyclozole and phenacetoconazole in water was extracted by solid phase extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the linear relationship between the six triazole pesticides was good in the concentration range of 5.00～500μg·L-1.The detection limit of the method was 0.14～0.42μg·L-1,the recovery rate was 87.5%～104.5%,and the RSD value(n=6)was 1.99%～3.45%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis,low detection limit,and can be used for the detection of triazole pesticide residues in water.
