随着我国海上稠油油田的深入开发,热采蒸汽驱规模逐步扩大,相应的H2S系列问题也愈发凸显.H2S不仅危害人的健康,还能腐蚀金属设备,严重影响生产的安全平稳运行.本文以L稠油油田为例,在调研目标油田储层概况和H2S生成情况的基础上,通过黄金管热模拟实验、色谱分析等方式,探究海上热采油田的H2S的成因机理.实验结果表明,L稠油油田H2S生成的物源主要为原油和地层水,岩屑能够起到催化作用;温度和时间是影响H2S的主控因素,温度越高、时间越长,生成的H2S量越高;L油田H2S生成的主要原因是发生了地层水热裂解、硫酸盐还原反应.该研究成果能够为其他热采油田的H2S成因研究提供探索思路,为油田H2S治理指明方向.
Study on the formation mechanism of H2S in offshore thermal recovery oilfield
With the in-depth development of offshore heavy oil fields in China,the scale of thermal steam flooding is gradually expanding,and the corresponding H2S series problems are becoming more and more prominent.H2S not only endangers human health,but also corrode metal equipment,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of production.In this paper,L heavy oil field is taken as an example.On the basis of investigating the reservoir profile and H2S generation of the target oil field,the genetic mechanism of H2S in offshore thermal recovery oil field is explored by means of gold tube thermal simulation experiment and chromatographic analysis.The experimental results show that the source of H2S in L heavy oil field is mainly crude oil and formation water,and cuttings can play a catalytic role.Temperature and time are the main controlling factors affecting H2S.The higher the temperature and the longer the time,the higher the amount of H2S generated.The main reason for the formation of H2S in L oilfield is due to the formation hydrothermal cracking and sulfate reduction reaction.The research results can provide exploration ideas for the study of H2S genesis in other thermal recovery oilfields,and point out the research direction for H2S treatment in oilfields.
