Study on the technology of extracting total flavonoids from buckwheat shell with ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent
Using buckwheat husk as raw material, total flavonoids in buckwheat hull were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent. The experiment screened the types, molar ratios, and water content of the deep eutectic solvents(DES),and optimized the ultrasonic extraction process conditions on this basis. The results showed that the total flavonoid extraction rate was 8.26mg·g-1 using the deep eutectic solvent synthesized from choline chloride/ethylene glycol with a molar ratio of 1∶2,when the water content of DES was 30%,the liquid-solid ratio was 30∶1(mL∶g),the ultrasound temperature was 70℃,and the ultrasound time was 40 minutes, which was higher than the traditional alcohol extraction rate. This process is green and gentle, suitable for efficient extraction of total flavonoids from buckwheat husks, and provides a new technology for the extraction of natural products from plant-based waste.
