为简化压裂返排液无害化处理过程中繁杂的加药工序,本文以瓜尔胶压裂液返排液为例,通过单因素实验与正交实验优选出破胶剂、破乳剂、抗乳化剂以及絮凝剂种类,并明确各组分加量,形成了"一体化"压裂液无害化处理剂配方.实验结果表明,生物酶破胶剂、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、季戊四醇嵌段聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚以及质量比为 3:1 的CPAM与PAC复配组合分别为最佳的破胶剂、破乳剂、抗乳化剂以及絮凝剂,处理后的返排液固含量、含油量以及COD含量分别主要受控于絮凝剂、破乳剂以及破胶剂的加量,添加剂之间不存在相互干扰,结合单因素实验结果,优化出"一体化"返排液无害化处理剂配方为:800mg·L-1 生物酶破胶剂+800mg·L-1 破乳剂+500mg·L-1 抗乳化剂+1600mg·L-1 絮凝剂,该配方在常温环境下使瓜尔胶压裂液返排液在60min内分层,其清液中悬浮固含量降至3mg·L-1 以下,含油量降至5mg·L-1 以下,COD降至 50mg·L-1 以下,满足现场回用配液要求.
Preparation and research of harmless treatment agent for fracturing fluid flowback fluid
In order to simplify the complicated dosing process in the harmless treatment process of fracturing fluid flowback fluid,this paper takes Guar fracturing fluid flowback fluid as an example,through single factor test and orthogonal test to optimize the types of rubber breaker,demulsifier,anti-emulsifier and flocculant,and determine the dosage of each component,forming an"integrated"harmless treatment agent formula of fracturing fluid.The results showed that bioenzyme degummer,castor oil polyoxyethylene ether,pentaerythritol block polyoxyethylene polyoxyel ether and the combination of CPAM and PAC with a mass ratio of 3:1 were the best gel-breaker,demulsifier,anti-emulsifier and flocculant,respectively.The solid content,oil content and COD content of flowback liquid after treatment are mainly controlled by the dosage of flocculant,demulsifier and gelbreaker respectively,and there is no interference effect between additives.Combined with the single factor test results,the harmless treatment agent formula of the"integrated"flowback fluid was optimized as 800mg·L-1 bioenzyme degummer+800mg·L-1 demulsifier+500mg·L-1 anti-emulsifier+1600mg·L-1 flocculant.The formula made the flowback fluid of Guar gum fracturing fluid delamination within 60 minutes under normal temperature environment.The suspended solid content in the clear liquid is reduced to less than 3mg·L-1,the oil content is reduced to less than 5mg·L-1,and the COD is reduced to less than 50mg·L-1,which meets the standard of fracturing fluid flowback fluid reinjection.
