液相色谱质谱法检测蔬菜中6种有机磷农药残留

本文以多级孔ZIF-8(M-ZIF-8)作为吸附剂进行净化,建立液相色谱质谱法(LC-MS)同时测定蔬菜中 6种有机磷农药残留的方法.对影响目标农药回收率的仪器条件和分散固相萃取条件(提取溶剂的用量、吸附剂的用量、解吸溶剂的选择)进行优化,用建立的方法对市售的 200 批次蔬菜样品进行农药残留检测.在优化条件下,6 种有机磷农药线性良好,相关系数大于 0.9995,方法定量限(LOQs)为 0.6~1.5μg·kg-1,回收率为90.8%~107.2%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为 1.2%~3.7%.该方法可靠便捷,可以同时检测蔬菜中的 6 种有机磷农药残留.此外,M-ZIF-8 可以轻松回收并重复使用至少 6次,从而降低了分析成本.该方法拓宽了绿色化学的研发之路,为可持续发展提供了有力的技术支持.
Determination of 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by LC-MS
To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by LC-MS based on macro-microporous ZIF-8 as adsorbents for purification.The instrument conditions and dispersive solid-phase extraction conditions(including the amount of extraction solvent,the amount of adsorbents,and the choice of desorption solvent)that affect the recovery rate of the target pesticide were optimized.The established method was used to determine pesticide residues in 200 batches of vegetable samples sold on the market.Under the optimized conditions,6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides showed good linearity,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9995,with the limit of quantitations among 0.6~1.5μg·kg-1.The spiked recoveries were 90.8%~107.2%,and relative standard deviations were 1.2%~3.7%.This method is reliable and convenient,and can simultaneously detect 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.In addition,M-ZIF-8 can be easily recycled and reused at least 6 times,thereby reducing analysis costs.This method broadens the research and development of green chemistry and provides strong technical support for sustainable development.
