摘要
目的 建立在安普胶囊中以红景天苷为指标性成分的含量的测定方法.方法 选用甲醇-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为 275nm,柱温为 30℃.结果 确定了安普胶囊的含量测定方法,在色谱条件下红景天苷回归方程为y=33.998x+2.9436(R2=0.9998),表明红景天苷在 0.5～5mg·mL-1 浓度范围内线性关系良好.结论 该方法简便、快捷,重现性好,能够满足实际质量控制的要求,可以用于安普胶囊中红景天苷含量的测定.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of salidroside as an indicator component in Anpu capsules.METHODS Methanol water(15∶85)was used as the mobile phase,with a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 and a detection wavelength of 275nm,the column temperature of 30℃.RESULTS The content determination method for Anpu capsules was determined,under chromatographic conditions,the regression equation for salidroside was y=33.998x+2.9436(R2=0.9998),indicating a good linear relationship between salidroside in the range of 0.5～5mg·mL-1.CONCLUSION This method is simple,fast,with good reproducibility,and can meet the requirements of actual quality control.It can be used for the determination of salidroside in Anpu capsules.
