Simultaneous determination of 8 common organophosphorus pesticides in soil by GC-MS
To establish a QuEChERS method for the extraction and quantitative detection of soil residues of tachyphos,tachyphos,dermatis,amphos,parathion,diamphos,bromofenphos and phenylfenphos.The linear relationships of the eight organophosphorus pesticides were good in the concentration range of 5.00～200μg·L-1.The minimum concentrations were 1.8～3.7μg·kg-1,the recoveries were 87.5%～105.6%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all less than 5%.The experimental results showed that this method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the monitoring of organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil.
