气相色谱质谱法同时测定土壤中8种常见有机磷农药

建立QuEChERS法提取土壤中速灭磷、灭克磷、皮蝇磷、安硫磷、对硫磷、地胺磷、溴苯磷、苯硫磷残留的气相色谱质谱法定量检测的分析方法.8种有机磷农药在 5.00~200μg·L-1 浓度范围内线性关系良好,样品最低检出浓度为1.8~3.7μg·kg-1,样品加标回收率为 87.5%~105.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于 5%.实验结果表明,此方法具有操作简便快速、灵敏度高、准确度好等特点,可以用于土壤中痕量有机磷农药残留的监测.
Simultaneous determination of 8 common organophosphorus pesticides in soil by GC-MS
To establish a QuEChERS method for the extraction and quantitative detection of soil residues of tachyphos,tachyphos,dermatis,amphos,parathion,diamphos,bromofenphos and phenylfenphos.The linear relationships of the eight organophosphorus pesticides were good in the concentration range of 5.00~200μg·L-1.The minimum concentrations were 1.8~3.7μg·kg-1,the recoveries were 87.5%~105.6%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all less than 5%.The experimental results showed that this method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the monitoring of organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil.
