摘要

石菖蒲为临床常用芳香开窍药,因其具有丰富的化学成分和强大的药理作用而被广泛应用.石菖蒲化学成分复杂,主要包括挥发油、黄酮、生物碱、醌及有机酸等多种成分.本文对石菖蒲的有效成分及抗抑郁作用机制进行综述与归纳,以期为研究石菖蒲的化学成分及药用价值提供科学理论依据.

Abstract

Acorus calamus is a commonly used clinically aromatic medicine for resuscitation.It is widely used because of its rich chemical composition and powerful pharmacological action.Its chemical composition is complex,mainly including volatile oils,flavonoids,alkaloids,quinones and organic acids.This article reviews and summarizes the effective ingredients and antidepressant mechanism of Acorus calamus,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the study of Acorus calamus's chemical composition and medicinal value.
