萃取法制备硫酸钾技术研究

本文采用醇类作为萃取剂,以工业KHSO4 为原料,探究生成优等品K2SO4 的最佳反应条件.结果表明,将 2mol·L-1 KHSO4 溶液与甲醇以体积比 3∶5,在常温下萃取 60min,可得到产品收率 93.8%、K2O含量为53%、Cl-含量低于0.04%、S含量为 18.12%的K2SO4 固体,且甲醇可通过蒸馏进行回收.此流程工艺简单,且无"三废"产生,生成的K2SO4 达到国家优等品标准,可为企业创造一定的经济效益.
Study on preparation of potassium sulfate by extraction method
In this study,alcohols were used as extractants and industrial potassium bisulfate was used as raw materials to explore the best reaction conditions for producing superior potassium sulfate.The results showed that 2mol·L-1 potassium bisulfate solution was extracted with methanol in the volume ratio of 3∶5 for 60min at room temperature to obtain potassium sulfate solid with 93.8%product yeild 53%K2O content,less than 0.04%Cl-and 18.12%S,and methanol can be recovered by distillation.This process is simple,and there is no"three wastes"produced,and the generated potassium sulfate reaches the national excellent product standard,which can create certain economic benefits for enterprises.
