改性硅溶胶对路用泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响及应用研究

采用硅烷偶联剂KH560 作为硅溶胶改性剂,研究了改性硅溶胶及未改性硅溶胶掺入质量对泡沫混凝土 7d、28d抗折强度、抗压强度、导热系数及过度路桥段载荷沉降值的影响.实验结果表明,KH560 可以显著降低硅溶胶的团聚程度,降低纳米硅溶胶的平均粒径,提升纳米溶胶的表面活性.当泡沫混凝土中加入质量分数为 3%的改性硅溶胶时,泡沫混凝土力学性能及保温隔热性能达到最优,此时泡沫混凝土 28d龄期抗折强度、抗压强度分别为 13.7、57.9MPa,28d龄期导热系数为 0.24W·(m·K)-1,同时在过度路桥段具有实际使用价值.
Study on effect of modified silica sol on the mechanical properties and application of foamy concrete
Silane coupling agent KH560 was used as silica sol modifier to study the effect of the mass incorporated into modified silica sol and unmodified silica sol on the folding strength,compressive strength,thermal conductivity,and load sink values of foamy concrete at 7d and 28d,respectively,and on the over road bridge segment.The experimental results show that KH560 can significantly reduce the agglomeration degree of the silica sol,reduce the average size of the nano silica sol,and elevate the surface activity of the nano silica sol.When a modified silica sol with mass fraction of 3%was added to foamy concrete,the mechanical properties and thermal insulation of foamy concrete reached the optimum,at which point the folding resistance and compressive strength of foamy concrete over a 28d period were 13.7MPa,57.9MPa and the thermal conductivity of foamy concrete over a 28d period were 0.24W·(m·K)-1,while it had practical use in the overroad bridge segment.
