正交实验优化-液液萃取-气相色谱法测定水中阿特拉津

建立测定水中阿特拉津的液液萃取-气相色谱法,通过设计三因素三水平的正交实验和极差分析优化获得液液萃取条件.从方法的检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度、标准曲线及实际样品测定结果评价方法的适用性.结果表明,阿特拉津在0.1~1.0mg·L-1浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,回收率为96.1%~99.1%,相对标准偏差为4.3%~6.0%,方法检出限为0.02μg·L-1,测定下限为0.08μg·L-1.该方法操作简单、准确度好,适用于测定水中阿特拉津.
Determination of Atrazine in water by gas chromatography with orthogonal test optimization of liquid-liquid extraction
A new method was established to detect Atrazine in water by liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography.A complete orthogonal test with three factors and three levels was designed and then the range analysis was used to optimize the liquid-liquid extraction conditions.The analysis effect of the method was evaluated from the limit of detection,precision,accuracy,standard curve,and the determination results of real samples.The results showed that the linearity of atrazine was good in the range of 0.1~1.0mg·L-1,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The recoveries were 96.1%~99.1%with relative standard deviation of 4.3%~6.0%.The limit of detection was 0.02μg·L-1,and the limit of quantification was 0.08pg·L-1.This method is simple to operate and has good accuracy.This method is suitable for the determination of Atrazine in water.
