摘要
为有效解除延长油田低渗透区块水平井的堵塞,提高水平井的采收率,通过大量实验研制出了一套酸液吞吐施工用复合酸解堵体系,室内对复合酸液体系的综合性能进行了评价.结果表明,复合酸液体系的表面活性较强,在高温老化后仍能保持较低的表面张力,有助于酸液吞吐后的返排;复合酸液体系的溶蚀性能较好,对CaCO3、沥青质和现场堵塞物均能起到良好的溶解作用;复合酸液体系对N80钢材的腐蚀速率较低,能够确保酸液吞吐施工的安全;复合酸液体系与目标储层段地层水的配伍性较好,不会产生浑浊和沉淀堵塞;复合酸液体系对人造岩芯和天然岩芯均具有良好的综合解堵效果,注入PV数为0.5时即可达到较高的渗透率恢复值,提高采收率效果较好.
Abstract
In order to effectively remove blockages in horizontal wells in low-permeability blocks of the Yanchang oilfield and improve the recovery rate of horizontal wells,a composite acid unblocking system for acid flooding construction was developed through a large number of experiments.The comprehensive performance of the composite acid system was evaluated indoors.The results show that the surface activity of the composite acid solution system is strong,and it can still maintain a low surface tension after high-temperature aging,which is conducive to the reflux of acid solution after swallowing;The dissolution performance of the composite acid system is better,and it can effectively dissolve calcium carbonate,asphaltene,and on-site blockages;The composite acid system has a lower corrosion rate on N80 steel,which can ensure the safety of acid throughput construction;The compatibility between the composite acid system and the formation water of the target reservoir is good,and there will be no turbidity or sedimentation blockage;The composite acid system has a good comprehensive plugging removal effect on both artificial and natural cores.When the PV number is injected to 0.5,a higher permeability recovery value can be achieved,and the effect of improving oil recovery is good.
