延长油田低渗砂岩深穿透多氢酸解堵体系研究

本文通过延长油田CH-1与CH-2储层矿物组分与黏土成分的分析、敏感性实验、回用地层水结垢分析,明确了注水开发过程中出现的注入压力升高主要源于地层结垢、水敏及酸敏伤害造成的低渗砂岩孔隙堵塞.本文采用溶蚀实验、铁离子稳定实验、挂片腐蚀实验等优选出多氢酸供剂、铁离子稳定剂以及缓蚀剂,并采用正交实验的方法优化配方,得到用于延长油田低渗砂岩解堵的深穿透多氢酸酸液体系.结果表明,该酸液体系配方为15%HC1+5%NH4F+5%DTPMP+1%GLDA-Na+2%XCI-1,在60~90℃范围内可使储层岩芯渗透率恢复率达400%以上,90℃条件下酸岩作用时间达180min以上,60℃条件下酸岩反应时间可达300min以上.
Research on deep penetration multi-hydrogen acid plug-removal technology for low permeability sandstone in Yanchang Oilfield
In this paper,the mineral composition and clay composition of the CH-1 and CH-2 reservoirs in Yanchang Oilfield were analyzed,and sensitivity of formation was studied.It is clarified that the increase in injection pressure during water injection development is mainly caused by formation scaling,water sensitivity,and acid sensitivity damage,resulting in low permeability sandstone pore plugging.This article uses dissolution experiments,iron ion stability experiments,and coupon corrosion experiments to optimize the polyhydric acid supply agent,iron ion stabilizer,and corrosion inhibitor.The orthogonal test method is used to optimize the formula,and a deep penetration polyhydric acid solution system is obtained for plugging removal of low permeability sandstone in Yanchang Oilfield.The results show that the acid solution system has a formula of 15%HCl+5%NH4F+5%DTPMP+1%GLDA-Na+2%XCI-1.In the range of 60~90℃,the recovery rate of reservoir core permeability can reach over 400%,and the acid rock reaction time can reach over 180 minutes at 90℃,and the acid rock reaction time can reach over 300 minutes at 60℃.
