Development and performance evaluation of green and environmentally friendly cementitious materials for construction
In order to improve the utilization rate of industrial solid waste and reduce the use of cement in the construction industry,a green and environment-friendly cementitious material suitable for building concrete was developed with waste foam concrete,steel slag and slag as raw materials.Taking the fluidity and compressive strength of materials as evaluation indexes,the influence of the content of waste foam concrete,steel slag and slag on the performance of green cementitious materials was investigated.The test results show that the fluidity of green cementitious materials and the compressive strength of different curing ages gradually decrease with the increase of the amount of waste foam concrete;With the gradual increase of steel slag content,the flowability of green cementitious materials first decreases and then increases,and the compressive strength gradually decreases;As the slag content gradually increases,the flowability of green cementitious materials first increases and then decreases,and the compressive strength gradually decreases.Among them,waste foam concrete has a relatively large impact on the fluidity and compressive strength of green cementitious materials,while steel slag and slag have a relatively small impact.It is recommended that 20%of waste foam concrete,15%of steel slag,30%of slag and 35%of cement should be used as green cementitious materials.The use of green and environmentally friendly cementitious materials can significantly reduce the amount of cement used in building materials.
