Preparation and evaluation of multifunctional pour point and viscosity reducing agents for heavy oil extraction
This article uses butyl methacrylate,maleic anhydride,styrene,and self synthesized monomer SDAB in a molar ratio of 4∶3∶2∶1 to prepare a multifunctional additive PM AB-4 with both pour point and viscosity reduction functions for heavy oil through free radical polymerization.It can effectively reduce the apparent viscosity,pour point,and wax precipitation point of heavy oil,thereby improving its fluidity.The experimental results show that under the conditions of monomer concentration of 30%,reaction temperature of 65℃,reaction time of 7 hours,and initiator concentration of 2.0%,the PMAB-4 formed by polymerization has the best pour point and viscosity reduction effect;The optimal comprehensive dosage is 800× 10-6;It can reduce the pour point of heavy oil by 5.91℃,the apparent viscosity reduction rate by 48.3%,and the wax precipitation point by 5.8℃;The molecular structure of PMAB-4 has a temperature resistance of 255℃.
