Determination of trace selenium in agriculture products by ultrasonic assisted thermal digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry
OBJECTIVE Taking six agricultural products, including rice, wheat, corn, peanuts, sweet potatoes, and soybeans,as the research objects,a simple and feasible new method was established for the determination of trace selenium in agricultural products by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, with the selection and optimization of digestion conditions.METHODS Agricultural products were digested with 6mL nitric acid-perchloric acid(3+2),preheated to 60℃,and digested with ultrasound for 8 minutes. In the potassium ferrocyanide hydrochloric acid system, the optimal testing conditions were selected and the standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis.RESULTS The linear range of the method was 0~20μg·L-1,with a correlation of 0.9996.The detection limit was 0.13μg·L-1,with relative standard deviation of 5.7%,and recovery rate of 96.5%~103.5%.CONCLUSION This method was simple,fast,time-saving,accurate,and highly sensitive, and can be widely applied to the determination of trace selenium in agricultural products.
