离子色谱法测定固定污染源废气中8种阴离子

用碱性吸收液采集固定污染源废气中的阴离子样品,0.22µm滤膜过滤,SUPP5型阴离子交换柱分离,以3.2mmol·L-1 Na2CO3和1.0mmol·L-1 NaHCO3溶液等度洗脱,采用电导检测器同时测定其中的F-、BrO3-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42-含量.结果显示,8种阴离子在0.050~0.500mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.002~0.029mg·L-1;测定下限为0.008~0.116mg·L-1;进行3个浓度水平的加标回收实验,回收率为80.8%~117%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~9.8%,表明该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度;将方法用于发电厂燃煤机组和厂界废气的检测,结果显示,燃煤机组废气中检出F-、Cl-、NO2、Br-、NO3-和 SO42-,浓度为0.039~0.686mg·m-3,厂界废气中检出 F-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-和 SO42-,浓度为 0.026~1.090mg·m-3.
Determination of 8 kinds of anion in waste gas from stationary source by ion chromatography
The anion samples in waste gas from stationary sources were collected by alkaline absorption solution,and filtered by 0.22µm membrane,then F-、BrO3-、Cl-、NO2、Br-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42-were determined by conductivity detector with SUPP5 anion exchange column for 3.2mmol·L-1 Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 solution as elution.The results showed that the calibration curves had a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.050~0.500mg·L-1,and the detection limits were 0.002~0.029mg·L-1,the determination limits were 0.008~0.116 mg·L-1;Recovery experiments were made at 3 concentration levels,the recovery was 80.8%~1 17%,RSD was 0.2%~9.8%,which indicates that the method has high precision and accuracy;This method was used to detect the waste gas from coal fired units and factory boundary in power plants,the results showed that,F-,Cl-,NO2,Br-,NO3-and SO42-were detected in waste gas from coal fired units,the concentration was 0.039~0.686mg·m-3,while F-,Cl-,Br-,NO3-and SO42-were detected in waste gas from factory boundary,The concentration was 0.026~1.090mg·m-3.
