Determination of nitrate, thiocyanate and perchlorate in urine by ion chromatography
To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of nitrate, thiocyanate and perchlorate in urine. The urine samples were diluted with ultra-pure water, and the interference ions in urine were removed by RP pretreatment column.AS20 anion exchange column was used as analysis column, potassium hydroxide eluent was gradient elution, and conductivity detector was used for detection. The baseline separation of nitrate, thiocyanate and perchlorate could be achieved within 35 min by ion chromatography, and the detection limits were 5.5μg·L-1,2.8μg·L-1 and 4.0 μg·L-1.The correlation coefficients(r)of the three substances were all greater than 0.999 in the linear range. The relative standard deviation is 0.17%~6.28%.The recoveries were 86.1%~107.7%.The experimental results show that the method established in this study is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can be used for simultaneous detection of nitrate, thiocyanate and perchlorate in urine.
