建立了采用高效液相色谱测定化妆品中甘草酸二钾含量的方法,并测定不同产品中甘草酸二钾的含量.色谱柱:Phenomenex luna C18(2)(250 mm × 4.6mm,5µm);流动相:以乙腈和0.06%H3PO4为梯度进行洗脱;流速:1.0mL·min1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:250nm.甘草酸二钾在0.08~0.80µg浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(R=1.0),液态类样品平均回收率为99.62%,RSD=1.23%(n=9),膏霜和乳液类样品平均回收率为95.75%,RSD=1.00%(n=9).该法简便、准确可行,可用于化妆品中甘草酸二钾的含量测定及质量控制.
Determination of dipotassium glycyrrhetate in cosmetics by HPLC
To establish a HPLC method for determination of dipotassium glycyrrhetate in cosmetics and determine the content of dipotassium glycyrrhetate in different products.Analyses were performed on Phenomenex luna C18(2)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column with acetonitrile and phosphoric acid solution,which was used as mobile phases for gradient elution,with a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wave length was 250nm,column temperature was 25 ℃.The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.08~0.80μg(R=1.0).The average recovery of liquid samples was 99.62%and the RSD was 1.23%(n=9).The average recovery of cream and emulsion samples was 95.75%and the RSD was 1.00%(n=9).The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination and quality control of dipotassium glycyrrhetate in cosmetics.
