Determination of 8 metals in netallurgical industry wastewater by microwave digestion ICP method
An inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry method for the determination of Cu,Pb,Cr,Mn,Ni,Mo,Co and Zn in wastewater from metallurgical industry was established by microwave digestion. The parameters of spectral line and RF power were optimized. The linearity of the 8 heavy metals was good in the concentration range of 0.10~40.0mg·L-1,and the correlation coefficients of the working curves were all greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.003~0.014mg·L-1,and the recoveries were 90.7%~108.0%.The relative standard deviation of the six test results is 1.32%~3.33%.This method has the advantages of fast analysis speed, good linear relationship, low detection limit and accurate test results.
