Development and evaluation of biochemical waste water treatment agents for rubber enterprises
The paper uses 2499 type PVA,HEDP,polyaluminum chloride,and potassium permanganate as raw materials to prepare biochemical wastewater deep treatment agents for rubber enterprises;Screen the optimal type and dosage of oxidant through single factor experiments;Design two sets of orthogonal experiments to optimize the optimal reaction conditions and screen out the optimal reactant ratio.The experimental results showed that the optimal reaction conditions for preparing the treatment agent were reaction temperature of 60℃,reaction time of 5 hours,system pH value of 7,and mechanical stirring speed of 600 r·min-1,with COD as the investigation factor;Taking COD,SS,BOD,and NH3-N as the investigation factors,potassium permanganate was optimized as the optimal oxidant,with an optimal dosage of 9%;The optimal ratio of reactants is 14%PVA+10%polyaluminum chloride+10%HEDP+9%potassium permanganate;According to GB 27632-2011"Emission Standards for Industrial Pollutants from Rubber Products",the optimal dosage of the treatment agent is optimized to be 150mg·L-1,and the optimal inlet flow rate in the dynamic continuous treatment process should be 100L·h-1.
