Study on treatment of coalbed methane well fracturing wastewater combining ozone and ultraviolet rays
In order to improve the treatment effect of coalbed methane well fracturing wastewater and reduce the environmental pollution caused by coalbed methane well fracturing wastewater,a mixed treatment method combining O3 and ultraviolet rays is proposed, and the treatment effects of O3 and ultraviolet rays on chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, and petroleum pollutants in coalbed methane well fracturing wastewater are analyzed. The experimental results show that with the increase of the input rate and reaction time, the treatment effect of the method gradually improves and then tends to flatten out. When the input rate of O3 is 2L·min-1 and the reaction time is 20min,the effect is the best. The removal rates of chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, and petroleum pollutants in coalbed methane well fracturing wastewater reach 65%,73%and 60%,respectively.The treated coalbed methane well fracturing wastewater meets the discharge standards and reduces environmental pollution.
