摘要

本文以工业过程中常用的消泡方法为例,介绍了物理消泡和化学消泡两种操作方法及优缺点,并重点介绍了聚醚型、有机硅型、非硅型和硅醚混合型4种不同类型消泡剂的应用效果,并对消泡剂的消泡机理进行了分析.

Abstract

This article takes the commonly used defoaming methods in industrial processes as an example to introduce the advantages and disadvantages of physical defoaming and chemical defoaming methods.The application effects of four different types of defoamers,polyether type,organosilicon type,non silicon type and silicone ether mixed type,are also introduced.The defoaming mechanism of defoamers is also evaluated.
