Synthesis of modified hyperbranched polyamide-amine and efficient demulsification ability
In this paper, hyperbranched polyamide-amine with hydrophobic groups(CPAMAM)was obtained by synthesizing hyperbranched polyamide-amine(HPAMAM)as a macromolecular backbone and modifying it by grafting palmitoyl chloride. The results of the demulsification experiment showed that the demulsification efficiency of CPAMAM was 20%higher than that of the polyether demulsifier currently used in Jidong Oilfield, with a temperature of 60℃,a sedimentation time of 40 min,and a dosage rate of 120mg·L-1.The results of the analysis of the demulsification mechanism of CPAMAM showed that the hydrophobic modified CPAMAM could polymerize the oil droplets in the emulsion through charge adsorption and macromolecular solubilization,so that CPAMAM had a higher demulsification efficiency.
