聚多巴胺功能化二硫化钼聚酰亚胺复合材料的制备及其性能研究

本研究以聚多巴胺(PDA)包覆二硫化钼(MoS2)为填料,制备了一种聚多巴胺功能化二硫化钼聚酰亚胺复合膜(MoS2/PDA/PI).结果表明,MoS2/PDA/PI复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率分别比纯PI提高38.4%和27.8%;与纯PI相比,MoS2/PDA/PI复合材料拉伸强度提高44.8%,弹性模量提高25.6%,断裂伸长率提高55.3%;MoS2/PDA/PI复合材料的击穿电压和局部放电起始电压分别比纯PI提高22.6%和24.1%.利用聚多巴胺功能化的MoS2纳米片填充PI的策略为提高PI薄膜的力学和电绝缘性能提供了一种新的改性思路.
Study on the preparation and properties of polydopamine functionalized molybdenum disulfide polyimide composites
In this study,a polydopamine functionalized molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)composite film(MoS2/PDA/PI)was prepared by using polydopamine(PDA)coated molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)as filler.The results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of MoS2/PDA/PI composites are 38.4%and 27.8%higher than that of pure PI.Compared with pure PI,the tensile strength of MoS2/PDA/PI composite is increased by 44.8%,the elastic modulus is increased by 25.6%and the elongation at break is increased by 55.3%.The breakdown voltage and partial discharge starting voltage of MoS2/PDA/PI composite are 22.6%and 24.1%higher than that of pure PI,respectively.The results show that filling PI with polydopamine functionalized molybdenum disulfide nanosheets provides a new way to improve the mechanical and electrical insulation properties of PI films.
