Simultaneous determination of six triazole fungicides residues in soil by HPLC-MS
An accelerated solvent extraction and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of residues of triazolol,nitrile,triazolone,pentazolol,nitrile and flumidazole in soil.The linear relationships of the six triazole fungicides were good in the concentration range of 3.00～200μg·L-1,and the recoveries of the spiked samples were 87.5％～103.5％.The relative standard deviations of the six tests were all less than 5％.The method is simple and fast,the test results are accurate and reliable,the detection limit is low,and it is suitable for the detection of trace triazole fungicide residues in soil.
