摘要

建立了气相色谱质谱法同时检测土壤样品中菌核净、异菌脲、啶虫脒、氯氟氰菊酯、茚虫威、溴氰菊酯6种杀虫剂农药残留的方法.6种杀虫剂农药在2.00~100μg·L-1线性范围内有良好的相关性,相关系数均大于0.995,检出限为0.006~0.021mg·kg-1,样品加标回收率为88.3%~104.8%,相对标准偏差小于5%.该方法前处理操作简单,灵敏度高,测试结果准确,适用于土壤样品中多种杀虫剂残留的检测.

Abstract

A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was developed for the simultaneous determination of residues of six insecticides in soil samples:sclerotinide,isomylurea,acetamidine,cyhalothrin,indocarb and deltamethrin.All the six insecticides had good correlation in the linear range of 2.00~100 µg·L-1,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.995,detection limits ranging from 0.006 to 0.021 mg·kg-1,sample recoveries ranging from 88.3%to 104.8%,and relative standard deviations less than 5%.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity and accurate test results,and is suitable for the detection of pesticide residues in soil samples.
