摘要

建立了 QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱质谱法同时监测土壤中5种苯并咪唑类杀菌剂残留的方法.5种苯并咪唑类杀菌剂在5.00~400μg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990,样品检出限为0.03~0.11 μg·kg-1,3个浓度水平样品的加标回收率为87.4%~104.5%,相对标准偏差均小于5%.该方法前处理操作简便快捷,有机试剂消耗少,灵敏度高,测试结果准确可靠,适用于土壤中5种苯并咪唑类杀菌剂的同时分析.

Abstract

A method for simultaneous monitoring of five benzimidazole fungicides in soil by QuEChERS-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry was developed.The five benzomidazole fungicides had good linearity in the range of 5.00~400μg·L-1 with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9990.The detection limits were 0.03~0.11 μg·kg-1,and the recoveries ranged from 87.4%to 104.5%with relative standard deviations less than 5%for the three concentration levels.The method has the advantages of simple and rapid pretreatment,low consumption of organic reagents,high sensitivity,accurate and reliable test results,and is suitable for simultaneous analysis of 5 benzimidazole fungicides in soil.
