SBR法在污水处理中心化学污水处理工程中的应用

本文研究了某污水处理厂处理污水过程中SBR工艺处理效果;使用正交实验法分析了 SBR工艺过程中最佳运行参数,验证了在最佳运行工艺下各参数指标的去除效果.发现SBR装置最佳运行工况为:进水搅拌时间25min,曝气时间3h,停曝搅拌时间75min,沉淀时间40min,滗水闲置时间2h.在此工况下经过处理的污水中CODCr浓度以及NH3-N浓度均可达到一级A标准,TP浓度可以达到一级B标准.并研究了 MLSS对SBR工艺处理过程的影响.发现随着MLSS的增加,污水处理过程中的CODCr去除率、NH3-N去除率以及TP去除率均有所提升.SBR工艺处理过程中最佳MLSS浓度为2000mg·L-1.
Application of SBR method in chemical sewage treatment project of sewage treatment center
This paper studies the treatment effect of SBR process in the process of sewage treatment in a sewage treatment plant.The orthogonal experiment method was used to analyze the optimal operating parameters in the SBR process,and the removal effect of each parameter index under the optimal operating process was verified.It was found that the optimal operating conditions of SBR device were as follows:water mixing time of 25min,aeration time of 3h,stop aeration mixing time of 75min,sedimentation time of 40min,and decanting idle time of 2h.Under this condition,the CODCr concentration and NH3-N concentration in the treated sewage can reach the first level A standard,and the TP concentration can reach the first level B standard.The effect of MLSS on SBR process was also studied.It was found that with the increase of MLSS,the CODCr removal rate,NH3-N removal rate and TP removal rate in the sewage treatment process were improved.The optimum MLSS concentration in SBR process was 2000mg·L-1.
