高含水储层化学调剖堵水用纳米聚合物微球的研制与应用

为有效提高低渗透油藏高含水储层注水开发的效率,提高油井采收率,以苯乙烯St、对苯乙烯磺酸钠SSA、复合乳化剂FR-1、引发剂AIBA和阻聚剂ZJ-702为原料,采用乳液聚合法制备出了一种适合高含水储层化学调剖堵水提高采收率用的新型纳米聚合物微球JHQ-1,并对其膨胀性能和驱油效果进行了评价.结果表明,JHQ-1具有较强的耐温抗盐性能,当盐水矿化度达到10 × 104mg·L-1时,在90℃条件下老化16h后的膨胀倍数仍能达到37.2.JHQ-1的驱油效果较好,当注入JHQ-1的质量浓度为3000mg·L-1、注入量为0.5PV时,岩芯的采收率增幅可达20%以上.新型纳米聚合物微球JHQ-1在目标高含水油田调剖堵水施工中取得了良好的现场应用效果,3 口采油井措施后的日产油量均明显增大,而含水率则明显降低,施工效果较好.
Development and application of nanopolymer microspheres for chemical profile control and water plugging in high water bearing reservoirs
In order to effectively improve the efficiency of water injection development in high water bearing reservoirs of low permeability reservoirs and improve oil recovery,a new type of nanopolymer microsphere JHQ-1 suitable for chemical profile control and water plugging in high water bearing reservoirs to improve oil recovery was prepared by lotion polymerization using styrene St,sodium styrenesulfonate SSA,composite emulsifier FR-1,initiator AIBA and polymerization inhibitor ZJ-702 as raw materials,and its expansion performance and oil displacement effect were evaluated.The results show that JHQ-1 has strong temperature and salt resistance.When the salinity of saline water reaches 10×104mg·L-1,the expansion ratio can still reach 37.2 times after aging at 90℃ for 16 hours.JHQ-1 has a good oil recovery effect.When the mass concentration of JHQ-1 injected is 3000mg·L-1 and the injection amount is 0.5PV,the recovery rate of the core can increase by more than 20%.The new nano-polymer microsphere JHQ-1 has achieved good on-site application results in the profile control and water plugging construction of target high water bearing oil fields.The daily oil production of three oil wells has significantly increased after measures,while the water content has significantly decreased,indicating good construction effects.
