Study on recycling technology of PVC centrifugal mother liquor by water membrane filtration
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of membrane filtration technology in the recycling process of PVC centrifugal mother liquor water in chlor-alkali plant,so as to improve the recycling rate of PVC centrifugal mother liquor water and reduce suspended solids and chemical oxygen demand.METHODS The PVC centrifugal mother liquor water was pretreated to remove impurities and suspended solids,and the pretreated mother liquor water was fed from the feed port of the membrane module through a vacuum pump,and the ultrafiltration membrane filtration system was used to filter it,and the filtered permeate was post-treated.The water quality of the post-treated solution was tested,and the test results were statistically calculated.RESULTS The results showed that the pH value of PVC centrifugal mother liquor water was 7.1~7.2,which met the industrial water standard,and the suspended solids were 1.10mg·L-1,the chemical oxygen demand was 45.23mg·L-1,the chloride was 41.23mg·L-1,the sulfate was 45.15mg·L-1,the hydrogen chloride was 0.12mg·L-1,the conductivity was 500μS·cm-1.and the turbidity was 1.5NTU.CONCLUSION The membrane filtration technology has good application performance in the recycling of PVC centrifugal mother liquor water in chlor-alkali plant,which effectively improves the effect of PVC centrifugal mother liquor water recycling in chlor-alkali plant.
