石墨烯掺杂四(2,4-二羟基)苯基酞菁钴的制备及催化活性研究

为降低石油中噻吩的含量,本文设计合成了一种酞菁类化合物四(2,4-二羟基)苯基酞菁钴,然后将其掺杂到石墨烯中制备了脱硫催化剂,并通过红外光谱分析了活性组分的含量,通过N2吸附分析了其吸附及脱附能力,最后测定了此催化剂在去除噻吩时的催化活性,并将其与其它3种酞菁催化剂对噻吩的去除率进行比较.从研究结果可以得出,在石墨烯中掺杂了四(2,4-二羟基)苯基酞菁钴后,可以去除85%的噻吩,去除效果较好.
Study on preparation and catalytic activity of graphene doped tetra(2,4-dihydroxy)phenylphthalocyanine cobalt
In order to reduce the content of thiophene in petroleum,a phthalocyanine compound,tetra(2,4-dihydroxy)phenylphthalocyanine cobalt was designed and synthesized.Then it was doped into graphene to prepare a desulfurization catalyst.The content of active components was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the adsorption and desorption abilities were analyzed by nitrogen adsorption.Finally,the catalytic activity of this catalyst in removing thiophene was measured,and its removal rate of thiophene was compared with the other three phthalocyanine catalysts.From the research results,it can be seen that doping tetra(2,4-dihydroxy)phenylphthalocyanine cobalt into graphene can remove 85%of thiophene,showing a good removal effect.
