Study on preparation and catalytic activity of graphene doped tetra(2,4-dihydroxy)phenylphthalocyanine cobalt
In order to reduce the content of thiophene in petroleum,a phthalocyanine compound,tetra(2,4-dihydroxy)phenylphthalocyanine cobalt was designed and synthesized. Then it was doped into graphene to prepare a desulfurization catalyst. The content of active components was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, and the adsorption and desorption abilities were analyzed by nitrogen adsorption. Finally, the catalytic activity of this catalyst in removing thiophene was measured, and its removal rate of thiophene was compared with the other three phthalocyanine catalysts. From the research results,it can be seen that doping tetra(2,4-dihydroxy)phenylphthalocyanine cobalt into graphene can remove 85%of thiophene, showing a good removal effect.
