摘要

采用超声波辅助法提取文山三七中的多糖和总酚,基于单因素实验优化提取条件,并对文山三七中多糖的保湿性和总酚的抗氧化性进行测定.结果表明,文山三七多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶20,提取时间40min,提取温度60℃,此时多糖的提取率为7.875%,文山三七多糖的保湿性能优于海藻酸钠和甘油.文山三七总酚的最佳提取工艺为反应温度35℃,料液比1∶25,乙醇浓度82%,提取时间60min,此时总酚的提取率为 2.836%;其对 DPPH·和 ABTS·的半数清除率(IC50)分别为 6.607μg·mL-1 和 10.623μg·mL-1.

Abstract

The polysaccharides and total phenolics in Wenshan Panax notoginseng were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method.The extraction conditions were optimized based on single factor experiment,the moisture retention of polysaccharides and antioxidant activity of total phenolics from wenshan panax notoginseng were also determined.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Wenshan Panax notoginseng were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid of 1∶20,extraction time of 40min,extraction temperature of 60℃,then the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 7.875%.The moisture retention of polysaccharides from Wenshan Panax notoginseng was better than that of sodium alginate and glycerin.The optimum extraction conditions of total phenolics from Wenshan Panax notoginseng were as follows:the extraction temperature of 35℃,ratio of material to liquid of 1∶25,ethanol concentration of 82%,extraction time of 60min,then the extraction rate of total phenolics was 2.836%.The IC50 of total phenolics from Wenshan Panax notoginseng on DPPH·and ABTS·radicals were 6.607 and 10.623 μg·mL-1,respectively.
