目的建立常山胡柚果皮中3种主要成分的含量测定方法.方法采用RP-HPLC法测定含常山胡柚果皮中芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量,色谱柱为安捷伦ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6 × 250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-0.1％乙酸-水溶液(B),流速为1.0mL·min-1,于283nm波长下检测,柱温35℃,进样量5µL.结果常山胡柚果皮中芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷和新橙皮苷在一定范围内线性良好(r＞0.9992).结论该法操作简便,灵敏度高,检测快速,适用于常山胡柚果皮中黄酮类成分的含量测定.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of three main components in the peel of Changshan-huyou.METHODS The contents of narirutin,naringin and neohesperidin in the peel of Changshan-huyou were determined by RP-HPLC,HPLC analysis was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6×250mm,5μum),the mobile phase was methanol(A)-0.1％Acetic acid-water solution(B)at a flowrate of 1.0mL·min-1,and the detection wave lengths were set at 283nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and injection volume was 5μL.RESLUTS The linearity of narirutin,naringin and neohesperidin in the peel of Changshan-huyou was weel in a certain range(r＞0.9992).CONCLUSION The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and rapid detection,and is suitable for the determination of flavonoids in the peel of Changshan-huyou.
