摘要

目的优化楤木中总皂苷的提取工艺.方法以提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、液料比、提取温度为影响因素,采用单因素和响应面设计实验优化楤木皂苷的提取工艺.结果楤木皂苷最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%、提取时间80min、液料比20.4(mL∶g)、提取温度74℃,该工艺条件下得到楤木总皂苷含量为9.74%;结论该工艺稳定可靠,操作简单可行,为进一步综合开发利用楤木药材提供科学依据.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Aralia chinensis L.METHODS The extraction process of Aralia chinensis L.saponin was optimized by one-way and response surface design using solvent concentration,extraction time,liquid/feed ratio and extraction temperature as the influencing factors.RESULTS The results showed that the optimal extraction process of Aralia chinensis L.saponin was based on the ethanol concentration of 70%,extraction time of 80min,liquid/feed ratio of 20.4(mL∶g),and extraction temperature of 74℃,and the content of aralia total saponin was 9.74%.CONCLUSION The process is stable,reliable,simple and feasible,and provides scientific basis for further comprehensive development and utilization of Aralia chinensis L.herbs.
