氟醚油基磁性流体的制备及其性能分析

通过采用化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4磁粉,以全氟聚醚羧酸对Fe3O4磁粉进行表面包覆修饰,采用修饰后的磁粉作为固态相,全氟聚醚油作为液态相制备氟醚油基磁性流体。并通过TEM、FTIR、XRD、激光粒度仪等方法对氟醚油基磁性流体进行分析。结果表明,纳米Fe3O4磁粉是反尖晶石结构,具有超顺磁性,其粒径为20。2nm。氟醚油基磁性流体的比饱和磁化强度为18。59emu·g-1,具备一定的耐酸碱特性。
Preparation and performance analysis of fluoroether oil based magnetic fluid
Fe3O4 magnetic powder was prepared by chemical co-precipitation,and the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic powder was coated with perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid.The modified magnetic powder was used as the solid phase,and perfluoropolyether oil was used as the liquid phase to prepare a fluorinated ether oil-based magnetic fluid.The fluorinated ether oil-based magnetic fluid was analyzed through TEM,FTIR,XRD,laser particle size analyzer,and so on.The results indicate that the nano Fe3O4 magnetic powder has an inverse spinel structure and superparamagnetism,with a particle size of 20.2nm.The specific saturation magnetization of fluorinated ether oil-based magnetic fluid is 18.59emu g-1 and fluorinated ether oil-based magnetic fluid has certain acid and alkali resistance characteristics.
