Licorice extract fingerprint and multi-marker assay by monolinear analytical method and application
OBJECTIVE To establishthe HPLC fingerprint and multi-markers assay by monolinear method with 25 contents,and used for quality control of natural tobacco flavoring licorice extract.METHOD The chromatographic column is Venusil C18 column(4.6mm×25cm,5μm);mobile phase A was 0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution,mobile phase B was acetonitrile methanol(9∶1),gradient elution;flow rate is 1.0mL·min-1;detection wavelength of 218nm;column temperature of 35℃;injection volume 10μL.RESULT The established fingerprint determination method has an RSD of 0.05%for precision Sm,0.15%for Pm,0.04%for repeatability Sm,and 0.47%for Pm,which showed good precision of the method;the blanks were non-interfering and had good specificity;the linear relationship is good between 11.22μg and 168.27μg,and the linear equation is y=1.716x+2.388,r=0.9992.The sensory evaluation results of spices are consistent with the fingerprint evaluation results.CONCLUSION This method has a high accuracy in determining the quality stability of natural tobacco flavoring licorice extract,and can be used for quality control of natural tobacco flavoring licorice extract.
