双通道-气相色谱法快速测定土壤中石油烃(C10~C40)的含量

建立了双通道-气相色谱法测定土壤中可萃取总石油烃(C10~C40)含量的方法,并对进样方式和色谱条件进行了优化。进样方式为双通道进样,采用TG5-SILMS(10m × 0。10mm × 0。10μm)分离。优化后的条件可以实现3min每个样品的快速测定。结果表明,可萃取石油烃(C10~C40)在9300mg·L-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0。9999,检出限为4。70mg·kg-1,加标回收率在96。1%~110%之间,相对标准偏差为1。0%~3。4%。该方法操作简便、效率高,可满足土壤中石油烃检测的要求。
Rapid determination of petroleum hydrocarbons(C10~C40)content in soil by dual channel-GC
A method is established for the determination of extractable total petroleum hydrocarbons(C10~C40)in soil by dual channel-gas chromatography,and the injection method and chromatographic conditions are optimized.The method is dual-channel injection and separated by TG5-SILMS(10m×0.10mm×0.10μm).The optimized conditions enable rapid determination of 3min per sample.The results showed that extractable total petroleum hydrocarbons(C10~C40)are good fitting relationship in the range of 9300mg·L-1,the correlation coefficient is 0.9999,the detection limit is 4.70mg·kg-1,the recovery is between 96.1%and 110%and the RSD is 1.0%~3.4%.The method has simple operation and high efficiency,which can meet the requirements of petroleum hydrocarbons detection in soil.
