Rapid determination of petroleum hydrocarbons(C10~C40)content in soil by dual channel-GC
A method is established for the determination of extractable total petroleum hydrocarbons(C10~C40)in soil by dual channel-gas chromatography, and the injection method and chromatographic conditions are optimized. The method is dual-channel injection and separated by TG5-SILMS(10m×0.10mm×0.10μm).The optimized conditions enable rapid determination of 3min per sample. The results showed that extractable total petroleum hydrocarbons(C10~C40)are good fitting relationship in the range of 9300mg·L-1,the correlation coefficient is 0.9999,the detection limit is 4.70mg·kg-1,the recovery is between 96.1%and 110%and the RSD is 1.0%~3.4%.The method has simple operation and high efficiency, which can meet the requirements of petroleum hydrocarbons detection in soil.
