Simultaneous determination of six polybrominated diphenyl ethers in soil by GC-MS
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the simultaneous determination of six polybrominated diphenyl ether compounds(PBDEs)in soil. The extraction was carried out with 10mL n-hexane-acetone(1∶1,V/V)solvent,purified by Florisilicon solid phase extraction column, eluted with 10mL n-hexane-dichloromethane(1∶1,V/V)solvent,concentrated to near-dry by nitrogen blowing, and analyzed by GC-MS after constant volume of acetone to 1.0mL.The experimental results showed that the 6 kinds of PBDEs had good linearity in the concentration range of 5.00~400μg·L-1,the detection limit was 1.5~3.4μg·kg-1,the recoveries were 89.0%~103.5%,and the standard deviations were 2.0%~4.7%.The method has the advantages of simple operation, low detection limit, good precision and high accuracy, and is suitable for the residue detection of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in soil.
