Evaluation of performance of ternary oil flooding system with lipopeptide mixed with weak base
In order to further improve the oil displacement ability of weak base ternary system while stabilizing economic cost,a new ternary system was formed by combining a wide range of environmentally friendly biosurfactant lipopeptides with petroleum sulfonic acid at a ratio of 1∶1 on the basis of the theoretical research of ternary compound flooding. The system evaluation and laboratory displacement experiments were carried out.The results show that the interfacial tension of the ternary system of lipopeptide mixed with weak base can remain in the order of 10-3mN·m-1 after 4 times of adsorption, showing excellent adsorption resistance. It can reach the order of 10-3mN·m-1 under the condition of low concentration of Na2CO3 solution and has excellent interfacial activity. The emulsion has good stability within 30min.The recovery rate reached 73.89%,which was 4.59%higher than that of weak base ternary system. The experimental results can be used as reference for field chemical flooding development.
