苏丹原油沥青质抑制剂的合成及其性能研究

为解决富含沥青质原油集输过程中的沥青质沉积问题,对苏丹原油及其沥青质进行了分析,研制出系列烷基苯酰胺聚合物沥青质抑制剂并进行了评价:4种沥青质抑制剂对苏丹原油沥青质均起到了良好的抑制效果.其中APD-4抑制剂效果最为突出,在加剂量为0.05%时,使苏丹原油沥青质起始析出点提升了 32.61%,沥青质沉淀析出量抑制率达到86.6%,降黏率达到82.7%;在加剂量为0.09%时,沥青质沉淀析出量抑制率达到93.3%.该产品在苏丹某油田进行了现场实验并被推广应用,累计10个月增输原油量超12300m3.
Study on synthesis and performance of asphaltene inhibitors for Sudan crude oil
In order to solve the problem of asphaltene deposition during the gathering and transportation of asphaltene rich crude oil,Sudan crude oil and its asphaltene were analyzed,and a series of alkyl benzamide polymer asphaltene inhibitors were developed and evaluated.Four kinds of asphaltene inhibitors had a good inhibition effect on the asphaltene of Sudan crude oil.Among them,APD-4 inhibitor has the most prominent effect.When the dosage is 0.05%,the initial precipitation point of asphaltene in Sudan crude oil is increased by 32.61%,the inhibition rate of asphaltene precipitation is 86.6%,and the viscosity reduction rate is 82.7%;When the dosage is 0.09%,the inhibition rate of asphaltene precipitation amount reaches 93.3%.The product has been field tested in an Oilfield in Sudan and popularized,with the cumulative increased crude oil volume exceeding 12300m3.
