摘要

本文对黄芪中黄酮类成分的提取和分离方法进行了归纳总结,如加热回流法、超声提取法、微波提取法等提取方法和溶剂分配法、大孔树脂色谱法、高速逆流色谱法等分离方法,对其提取和分离方法的优缺点进行了综述,并对黄芪中黄酮类成分的提取和分离提出合理化建议,为黄芪的进一步研究及应用提供合理的理论依据.

Abstract

The present study provides a comprehensive summary of the extraction and separation methods for flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus.Various extraction techniques such as heating reflux,ultrasound-assisted extraction,and microwave-assisted extraction are discussed,along with separation methods including solvent partitioning,macroporous resin chromatography and high-speed counter-current chromatography.The advantages and disadvantages of these extraction and separation methods are reviewed.Furthermore,rational suggestions are proposed for the extraction and separation of flavonoids from Astragalus membranaceus to provide a sound theoretical basis for further research and application of this herb.
