超声辅助三元复合溶剂提取黄芪多糖、皂苷的工艺研究

目的采用一种新的三元复合溶剂提取法,提高黄芪中多糖和皂苷类成分的提取率.方法采用三元溶剂协同超声法提取黄芪多糖和皂苷,以二者综合得率为指标,通过单因素与正交实验法优化黄芪中多糖和皂苷的提取工艺.结果最优提取工艺参数为:料液比1∶30(g∶mL),醇浓度70%,PEG加入量为0.2g·mL-1,在此提取条件下,多糖得率为20.52%,皂苷得率为6.52%.结论采用的三元复合溶剂提取工艺可提高黄芪多糖和皂苷的综合提取率.
Ultrasound-assisted ternary composite solvent extraction of Astragalus polysaccharides and saponins
OBJECTIVE Improving the extraction of polysaccharides and saponins in Astragalus membranaceus by a new ternary compound solvent extraction method.METHODS Extraction of polysaccharides and saponins from Astragalus membranaceus by ternary solvent synergistic ultrasonication,and optimization of the extraction process of polysaccharides and saponins from Astragalus membranaceus by one-way and orthogonal experiments using the combined yield of both as an index.RESULTS The optimal extraction process parameters were as follows:material-liquid ratio of 1∶30(g∶mL),alcohol concentration of 70%,PEG addition of 0.2g·mL-1,and under these extraction conditions,the polysaccharide yield was 20.52%and the saponin yield was 6.52%.CONCLUSION Ternary composite solvent extraction process can improve the combined extraction of Astragalus polysaccharides and saponins.
