Impact of stone powder on the performance of aluminous cement
This paper aims to explore the impact of stone powder on the performance of aluminous cement, focusing specifically on its effects on mechanical properties, chemical properties, hardening time, and durability. The results indicate that:(1)The appropriate addition of stone powder, particularly at a 10%ratio,significantly enhances the compressive and flexural strengths of aluminous cement;(2)The addition of stone powder can improves the crystal structure of the cement matrix, reduce porosity, and increase material compactness;(3)An appropriate amount of stone powder can accelerate the hardening process of aluminous cement and enhance its durability;(4)However,when the proportion of stone powder exceeds 10%,it may negatively affect the mechanical properties and hardening time of the cement. This research can provide technical insights for the rational utilization of stone powder and offer new perspectives for the development and application of sustainable materials.
